Here is how it works:

Nojoom Members visit Alif branch.
Upon payment, member must inform staff that he/she is a Nojoom member.
Staff member will ask for the QR code or membership ID number to be entered in the system.
Members to receive the Nojoom Points within a maximum of 7 days from the date of transaction.

Terms & Conditions:

Nojoom points cannot be earned and combined with any other promotion.

Redeem

How to Redeem:

Nojoom Members visit Alif branch.
Nojoom members will visit the Ooredoo website or mobile App to make the redemption for Alif stores.
Members to visit Alif stores branch.
A dedicated person on the floor will be available to validate the vouchers for Nojoom Members.
Once validated the member will be able to use the amount against his/her purchases.

Terms & Conditions:

Nojoom points cannot be redeemed and combined with any other promotion.
Redeemed Nojoom Points for rewards are irreversible, and such rewards may not be cancelled and refunded once issued to the member. Vouchers redeemed and not used within the validity period cannot be cancelled.
Appropriate cancellation fees in terms of Nojoom points will be applied for vouchers which are eligible for cancellation. Any Nojoom points expired during the cancellation will not be refunded.

كيف تحصل على النقاط

سيحتاج أعضاء نجوم لزيارة أفرع “ألِف”
عند الدفع، يجب على الأعضاء إبلاغ موظف الصندوق بأنهم أعضاء في برنامج نجوم
وعندها سيطلب الموظف رمز QR، أو رقم العضوية لإدخاله في النظام .
سيحصل الأعضاء على نقاطهم نجوم بعد 7 أيام من تاريخ معاملة الشراء.

كيفية استبدال النقاط

تسجيل الدخول إلى موقع Ooredoo الإلكتروني أو تطبيق الجوال لاستبدال نقاط نجوم لـدى ألِف
زيارة افرع ألِف
سيكون أحد موظفي ألِف متاحاً للتحقق من القسائم التي حصل عليها أعضاء نجوم
بعد التحقق من القسيمة، يمكن للأعضاء استخدام قيمة القسيمة لإجراء مشترياتهم

الشروط والأحكام

لا يمكن استدبال النقاط مع أي عروض ترويجية أخرى
أي مكافآت نجوم تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبدال غير قابلة للإلغاء، وهذا النوع من المكافآت لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو إعادة دفع قيمته في حال تم إصداره للعضو المعني، ما لم يتم ذكر ذلك في الشروط والأحكام. أما القسائم التي يتم استبدالها دون استخدامها خلال فترة الصلاحية فلا يمكن إلغاؤها.
• وفي حال إلغاء القسائم الصالحة، فسيتم احتساب رسوم إلغاء مناسبة عبارة عن نقاط نجوم، كما أنه لن يتم إعادة قيمة أي قسائم تنتهي صلاحيتها خلال فترة الإلغاء
